The professional team at JBA & Partners assist the management of the company in the execution of business transactions in the interest of all parties and investors.
Deals can be applied to the following:
New projects (idea phase or under development) where needs include shareholder financing, the introduction of strategic and technical partner (s), and access to management consultation.
Existing companies or enterprises that are in operation and include the needs to complete/implement projects, expand businesses, enhance market position, improve competitiveness, enter new markets (including export), secure long-term sustainability and enhance business efficiency.
The transaction process follows the following steps:
Commissioning: After commissioning, JBA & Partners Company evaluates the business and prepares an information note (IM) or a private subscription memorandum (PPM) that includes management, market and financial valuation of the business (new or current) as well as subscription details (minimum equity, investor eligibility, nominal value of shares, etc.), business plans, risk factors and exit strategy.
Evaluation and deliveries: JBA & Partners will collect the necessary data, assess the client’s objectives and actions, assess the market and financial aspects, and develop the business strategy, which is all part of the evaluation of the business or information document; If requested, we also prepare a “summary of investor attraction” containing a summary of the investment opportunity without specifying the name of the company or owners.
Introducing new partners/investors: JBA & Partners use their communication and public relations to identify potential partners who may be interested in the new project. Potential new partners are provided with a brief on the investment opportunity as well as a copy of the “investor attraction brief” for their own evaluation.
A shortlist of new partners: JBA & Partners are making a shortlist of potential partners based on their level of interest, value added to the company and their long-term strategic role, as well as their reputation and financial capabilities.
Negotiation of the transaction: JBA & Partners sign the NCNDA agreement with Al-Sharka
