with Income Tax Act No. 91 of 2005 , its amendments , executive regulations and
amendments , and Act No. 206 of 2020 , companies engaged in their activity must
submit to the Tax Authority of the Ministry of Finance an application for a tax
card from the commencement of their activities or receipt of the commercial
registry .
