The stamp tax is imposed by Act No.
111 of 1980 , as amended , and is imposed on the editors , publications ,
transactions , facts and other receptacles provided for in this Act , as

13.Transport services .
14.Postal services .
15.Securities and their circulation .
16.Administrative permits and
licences .
