Taxation Services
Is an indirect tax on goods and services , including goods and services provided for in the schedule annexed to Act No. 67 of 2016 and its amendments and implementing regulations .
The general price of the Goods and Services Tax is 13% for the year 2017/2016 and 14% as of the fiscal year 2018/2017 The tax price on machinery and equipment used in the production of a commodity or performing service is 5% except for topics and ride-hailing vehicles .
The tax is entitled to verify the fact of sale of the commodity or performance of the service by the officials at all stages of its circulation in accordance with the provisions of Law 67 of 2016 and whatever means of its sale , performance or circulation , including
electronic means .
Goods and services exported outside the country are taxed at (zero) The VAT declaration is presented on Form 10 andVother forms established by Act No. 206 of 2020 in the month following the tax reality .
